Responsibilities
Leadership & Coaching
- Manage and develop a team of Cloud & AI Specialists, fostering a culture of growth mindset and customer obsession.
- Drive clarity on priorities and accountability for results.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute regional strategy for Cloud & AI workloads in alignment with MCC objectives.
- Ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting.
Customer Engagement
- Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers.
- Position Microsoft as a trusted advisor for AI and Cloud transformation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success, Partner Organisation, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
- Align with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Cloud and AI solution sales and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of Azure, AI, Data Platform, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to lead through influence and drive complex deals to closure.
- Excellent communication and executive engagement skills.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred skills:
- Strategic thinking with operational excellence.
- Experience in managing diverse teams across multiple geographies.
- Passion for innovation and customer success.
