As a Senior Director of Strategy, you will lead the development of multi-year strategic roadmaps, drive cross-functional initiatives, and pioneer the use of AI and large language models (LLMs) to transform both our products and the discipline of strategy itself.

- Resource Alignment: Inform allocation of resources to align with organizational goals, competitive pressures, and engineering execution across the Experiences + Devices organization.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Identify opportunities, threats, and potential investments based on market trends, technology shifts, and competitor activities.
- Industry Foresight: Forecast transformative industry shifts and develop actionable plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead complex strategy projects, orchestrate workstreams across E+D and partners, and drive alignment across teams from engineering, marketing, finance, business development, and other central Microsoft teams.
- Executive Trusted Advisor: Build relationships with CVP+ decision makers by synthesizing complex issues into concise, executive-ready insights, and build a regular cadence of recommendations to E+D leaders and partner teams.
