We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how translate our product value proposition into the external messaging, and integrated marketing of Windows Pro and Copilot+ PCs. This role has a great amount of creative freedom to bring our story to life. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and capable of driving change through action. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for our Windows commercial products. You will collaborate with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams to create innovative sales and marketing assets that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and implement comprehensive product marketing plans to promote Windows commercial products.
- Lead commercial integrated marketing activities, including KPI-aligned strategy, creative and content development, copywriting, brand alignment, and project management.
- Support a centralized content approach, ensuring compelling and consistent messaging aligned with core narratives and priority customer journeys.
- Analyze customer data to identify segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Optimize lead generation strategies to maximize conversion rates and ROI
- Create and scale use-case/vertical content, demos, and customer stories, for demand generation.
- Manage agency and vendor PMs for campaign production, localization, and reporting.
- Publish outbound calendar and performance dashboards; drive optimization based on KPIs.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration; drive alignment across web, social, GTM, and other Windows marcomms teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
- +3 years experience in product marketing or related field.
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
