Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Strategy: Define product vision and roadmap for Windows integrations that enhance Copilot’s value across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Integration Excellence: Deliver deep, intuitive integrations with Windows features (e.g., File Explorer, Taskbar, Notifications, Search, Widgets) to create a cohesive experience.
- Performance & Reliability: Ensure integrations are fast, secure, and optimized for Windows-native environments, leveraging OS capabilities and APIs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, and platform teams to build scalable, robust solutions aligned with Windows architecture.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback to prioritize features and iterate rapidly.
- Leadership Impact: Mentor senior PMs, influence org-wide integration strategy, and represent the team in executive reviews.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including Windows-native desktop applications.
- Proven track record of defining product vision and delivering complex integrations at scale.
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills; experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-powered applications and productivity tools.
- Familiarity with Windows APIs, Microsoft Graph, and integration frameworks.
- Success in launching v1 products and scaling adoption globally.
