We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Architect with deep expertise in Modern Work technologie including Microsoft 365, Intune, device management, mobile device management (MDM), and mobile application management (MAM) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise productivity and collaboration solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical depth across M365 workloads, security, compliance, endpoint management, and end user experience optimization.
You will be responsible for shaping modern work architectures that enable organizations to collaborate securely, manage devices efficiently, and transform their digital capabilities using the Modern Work technology stack. This includes guiding customers through M365 adoption, endpoint security, compliance, and mobile workforce enablement.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or infrastructure engineering, with 5+ years focusing on Modern Work technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM/MAM).
• Proven expertise in M365 architecture, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and endpoint management with Intune.
• Deep knowledge of device management, mobile security, compliance frameworks, and automation using PowerShell, Graph API, or other relevant tools.
• Experience in pre-sales engagements, developing solution designs, proposals, and responding to RFPs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), MS-700 (Teams Administrator), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), or equivalent are highly desirable.
