As a Communications intern, you will help be responsible for the Microsoft image and brand through innovation. You will work to build trust and drive strategic agenda. You will orchestrate execution to influence, including managing agency and stakeholder relationships. You will demonstrate thought leadership, defines storytelling and messaging aligned to brand and organization strategy; measures impact and adjusts approach accordingly.

Responsibilities
As a Communications Manager Apprentice within the Global Communications team, you'll get to know all the French subsidiary's external communications challenges, from products and solutions for the consumer, business and public sectors to institutional topics such as, for example, support for the development of AI or digital skills from an early age.
- Assisting the team in all its missions
- Support for the strategy, organization and logistics of the year's press events
- Support for content production: invitations, press releases and press kits, videos, key messages
- Collaboration, coordination and management of partner agencies
- Supporting the Social Media strategy and steering the editorial calendar
- Organizing and managing loan programs for journalists and influencers
- Managing press reviews and promoting results
- Enhancement of our PR results: creation of event press reviews, summary of lessons learned
- Quarterly reporting and management of PR performance tools
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Affairs or related field
- Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship.
- You must be legally authorised to work in France to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
- Fluency in French and English.
- Seeking an Apprenticeship contract.
