As an Azure SAP Specialist, you will be a senior solution sales leader with deep technical and business expertise within our sales organization working with our most important customers. You will lead a virtual team of technical and partner resources to help customers realize digital transformation through architecting, moving, and/or extending customers' SAP Workloads on Azure. A core competency of the role is to advance the sales process to achieve/exceed quarterly SAP solution sales and usage/consumption targets for related workloads in your assigned accounts. You possess a high EQ with executive presence, able to engage with senior decision makers to uncover digital transformation initiatives, you have a passion for learning how Azure cloud services can enhance SAP workloads to deliver true digital transformation. You will develop and maintain an SAP on Azure Infrastructure, RISE with SAP on Azure, and application migration expertise, able to identify projects, build a compelling business case, and drive the consumption project to production. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement at the CXO level with business and technology decision makers. You will help customers evaluate their cloud strategy, determine approaches to application and data migration and modernization, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements. You will remove roadblocks to deployment and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • You will lead business level dialogue with customers around the SAP workloads, including Business transformation for enterprise computing and digital transformation, creating “buy-in” vision with key CxO decision makers by building executive relationships to generate excitement around Microsoft solutions’ value to influence long-term strategic direction around SAP workloads
  • Engage and jointly sell with SAP counterparts, Partners and Priority ISVs to maximize business results by bringing together Microsoft and Partner solutions to deliver against customer business outcomes leveraging assets across Microsoft, SAP Architects, Product Teams and Engineering. You will brief Microsoft Executives around complex sales opportunities, including competitive strategies and close plans to engage customers with joint value positioning
  • You will influence the Microsoft Azure SAP GTM strategies by providing feedback to the leadership team, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers. You will be recognized for sharing, learning and driving work that results in business impact for customers, partners and Microsoft.   • You will lead complex deals, requiring orchestration of virtual teams composed of industry, solution, technical, licensing & legal team members as well as SI and ISV partners.
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Exceed sales / cloud consumption quota by driving pipeline management and accurate forecasting.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldMaster’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Extensive technology background with strong foundation in sales, pre-sales, and consulting
  • Proven expertise in SAP NetWeaver platform
  • Comprehensive experience in services sales, account management, leading sales teams, planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, needs analysis, partner collaboration, opportunity management, proposal development, pipeline oversight, and negotiation of large-scale licensing deals
  • Executive presence with ability to engage and influence C-Suite and senior business decision-makers, aligning and reinforcing SAP on Azure value propositions with customer strategic priorities and business challenges
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer challenges, analyse information, develop options, and implement effective solutions through cloud technologies
  • Collaborative leadership to orchestrate and influence virtual teams, lead cross-functional sales initiatives, drive internal stakeholder and partner engagement, and apply a holistic approach to building networks across territories, fostering collaboration and active participation
