The Mechanical Enclosure and Finish Team has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Senior Material Preparation and Treatment Lead. The position is responsible for the development, qualification and implementation of all mechanical surface preparation and chemical pre-treatments processes required to deliver the right scalable solution at the right cost on time. Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, or related field OR Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related technical engineering experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related technical engineering experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
• An established record of leadership in a Metrology Technology Development Role.
• Familiar with metal forming and capable of experimental design method.
• A solid demonstration of the application of structured problem solving on big problems and the ability to quickly provide distinct and precise updates to senior management.

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• Adept at managing internal and external relationships through use of interpersonal skills.
• Adept at managing internal and external relationships through use of interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in diverse cultural environments with cultural sensitivity.

Preferred Qualifications:
