As manager of the Solution Engineer Team for the Cloud and AI Platform technologies you will be a transformative leader, responsible for:

• Building competitive knowledge of the team by enabling competitive learning and identifying experts to share knowledge.
• Maintaining communications with internal partners on highest potential customers to pre-align technical resources to customer and customer cases based on account planning and priorities.
• Working with local marketing and account teams to shape strategic win and customer success plans and tailor to audience for the local markets.
• Ensuring team members participate in tech communities and drive feedback to improve overall team member experience and effectiveness at subsidiary level.
• Enabling and empowering your team to develop technical expertise and provide technical insights to internal teams.
• Supporting partner technical capacity by monitoring and analysing resources through interactions, communicating with managers, and identifying new partnership opportunities to build subsidiary strategy.
• Proactively identifying and engaging with key customer technical decision makers and influencers while engaging sales team.
• Applying advanced sales methodologies and coaching the team in guiding customers through digital transformation solutions and using innovation to challenge solutions against changing technology

• Significant work experience in designing/implementing information technology solutions, technical sales and/or consulting

• Familiarity with the Microsoft cloud portfolio
• Fluency in English and Spanish, and able to use both in a business environment
• A relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree (e.g. computer science, information technology, software engineering, or similar) or comparable work experience
