The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. As the Sales Enablement and Operations Management Leader/Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will drive comprehensive operational strategies, partnering closely with the Area Leadership Team (LT). Your mission is to enhance market execution plans, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and marketing efforts and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), You will make an impact through Sales Activation by landing and executing sales programs by driving for operational efficiency by analyzing existing processes leveraging performance metrics and insights. You will leverage your strategic leadership expertise, business acumen and Sales optimization techniques to adapt to market dynamics and customer needs. Responsibilities
- Business Leadership and Results: You will operate as a trusted advisor to the RVP/AVP in driving Sales Enablement and Operations in the Area and drive area performance, business planning and operations and organization capability in the area.
- Connected Sales and Marketing: You will build marketing strategy in partnership with regional CMO and core GDC teams as well as coach and guide Business Group, marketing teams for comprehensive solution play landing to drive Financial Revenue Attainment (FRA) and share performance.
- Sales Activation: Enables local execution of regional marketing plan and oversees execution of standardized solution plays in partnership with regional marketing teams and area teams to drive FRA and share performance.
- Business and Sales Operations (BSO): You will guide and coach regional BSO teams to translate strategy into local execution and oversee the Rhythm of Business (ROB), Sales Operations and collaboration in the area.
- Organization Capability and Transformation: You will build effective, inclusive teams that embody Microsoft culture & values. Transforms behaviors & embeds new ways of working. Provide feedback early in the cycle and help influence the design of strategy and programs.

Qualifications
Required (RQs)
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, AND 12+ years related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high-performance sales and/or technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
- OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, AND significant related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high-performance sales and/or technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, AND substantial related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high-performance sales and/or technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
OR equivalent experience
