This position goes beyond traditional sourcing activities—you will play a key role in continuously improving and iterating our sourcing processes. You’ll coach and mentor others, advocate for best practices, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable using data to inform talent decisions and help drive smarter, more strategic sourcing outcomes. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical recruiting experience.
  • Many years experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably within a large, global organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies for a variety of roles and business units.
  • Highly effective stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with sourcing technologies, social platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, always striving to exceed key recruitment metrics and benchmarks.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans that deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Continually improve, drive and advocate for the adoption of best practices in sourcing and recruitment, setting new standards for performance and impact.
  • Mentoring and coaching a team of sourcers to achieve sourcing goals, cultivating a culture of excellence, ambition, and continuous improvement.
