This position goes beyond traditional sourcing activities—you will play a key role in continuously improving and iterating our sourcing processes. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical recruiting experience.
- Many years experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably within a large, global organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies for a variety of roles and business units.
- Highly effective stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sourcing technologies, social platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Leading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, always striving to exceed key recruitment metrics and benchmarks.
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans that deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Continually improve, drive and advocate for the adoption of best practices in sourcing and recruitment, setting new standards for performance and impact.
- Mentoring and coaching a team of sourcers to achieve sourcing goals, cultivating a culture of excellence, ambition, and continuous improvement.
