We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated Senior Product Manager to evangelize and build APIs that power the agentic web. In this role, you will drive feature development, onboard partners, and support strategic relationships in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy, professionalism, and a passion for innovation.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing and launching external, customer-facing software from concept to launch.
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience working with partners/customers to define, build, iterate and ship products or features
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
- A solid technical background that enables you to engage in-depth with engineering teams on complex system design and model development.
- Proven ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across complex organizations and strategic partners.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for delivering innovative and user-centric solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing requirements from multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
- Be an excellent communicator who understands the value of different mediums.
- Ability to manage confidentiality without exception.
- Experience in/knowledge of web API’s
- Experience in or knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Keen ability to forge solid and positive relationships across organizations and levels
- Consistent history of successfully leading complex, cross-organizational initiatives
- Exceptional cross-organization coordination skills including ability to build comprehensive and compelling presentation and communication materials that span functions and groups
- Solid project management skills and ability to lead multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize and drive new features/capabilities using Agile practices that allow partners to develop break-through end-user experiences.
- Act as a liaison between business, engineering teams and partners.
- Drive internal and external partner relationships that are critical to success.
- Coordinate and orchestrate product requirements gathered from partners.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to delivery product enhances and fixes.
- Work closely with a feature crew throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Drive analysis and support of investment decisions and offer business perspective to influence key strategic decision.
- Proactively identify issues that impede business group success and providing solutions/recommendations.
