Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • +3 years experience in product marketing or related field.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive product marketing plans to promote Windows commercial products.
  • Lead integrated marketing activities, including KPI-driven strategy, creative and content development, copywriting, brand alignment, and project management.
  • Support a centralized content approach, ensuring compelling and consistent messaging aligned with core narratives and priority customer journeys.
  • Analyze customer data to identify segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Optimize lead generation strategies to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Create and scale use-case/vertical content, demos, and customer stories for demand generation.
  • Manage agency and vendor project managers for marketing asset production, localization, and reporting.
  • Publish product marketing calendars and performance dashboards; drive optimization based on KPIs.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across product, web, social, GTM, and other Windows marketing teams to deliver strategies that meet business objectives and drive measurable impact.
