An opportunity has arisen to join our team focusing on Small Medium Enterprises & Channel (SME&C) markets. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing diverse talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll act as a trusted partner to the business, leveraging data insights and market knowledge to support hiring decisions. Your ability to engage candidates, manage multiple requisitions, and advocate for Microsoft’s unique career opportunities will help us attract and secure top talent. In this role, you’ll contribute to advancing our culture and operational excellence while building strong relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a corporate or technology-based environments.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and judgment skills; ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance recruiting strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization, advocating for change and securing top talent.
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance environment working towards defined key success indicators and metrics.
  • Experience working with remote teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Talent Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic hiring guidance.

Candidate Sourcing & Attraction: Source diverse talent through innovative channels and maintain a strong pipeline. Use compelling business stories to attract passive and active candidates, showcasing Microsoft’s unique career opportunities.

Candidate Assessment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured frameworks to ensure alignment with Microsoft’s values and role requirements.

Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle by maintaining SLAs, anticipating candidate needs, and proactively addressing factors that impact engagement and satisfaction.

Market & Data Analysis: Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. Analyze market trends and internal data to inform hiring strategies and adapt plans based on evolving business demands.

Operational Compliance & Excellence: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and leverage data to optimize processes and inform insights.
