We’re looking for a visionary Product Marketing Director, Agentic Customer Experience to shape the future of customer experience with Dynamics 365. This role is about thought leadership, bold storytelling, and disruptive go-to-market strategies that position Dynamics 365 as the leading agentic solution for modern businesses.

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Product Marketing Director, Agentic Customer Experience to lead thought leadership and outbound marketing efforts to establish Dynamics 365 as the leading agentic customer experience solution. This leader will be responsible for shaping compelling narratives, driving direct-to-customer campaigns, and developing disruptive go-to-market strategies in close partnership with engineering and sales teams.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in product marketing
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in product marketing, including leading outbound marketing, campaigns and content strategy.
  • Experience leveraging AI for content generation and to accelerate execution.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years product marketing
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in product marketing
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Customer Experience/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and direct-to-customer marketing

Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.

Responsibilities

Strategic Thought Leadership: Develop a clear understanding of the market landscape and execute outbound awareness and pipeline generation marketing campaigns to position Dynamics 365 as essential to modern customer experience transformation.

AI-First Marketing: Harness AI and agents to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and marketing innovation.

Content Strategy: Deliver high-impact content across web, events, social, and enablement channels to drive engagement and adoption.

Direct-to-Customer Campaigns: Build and optimize programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and loyalty.

Narrative Development: Craft compelling messaging and stories that showcase how AI and agents elevate customer experiences across industries.

Customer Storytelling: Own, manage, and execute customer evidence for the customer experience (CX) portfolio for written stories, videos, and on-stage speakers. Nurture customer relationships and partner with sales to secure brands for new storytelling opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align product vision with marketing execution.

Performance Optimization: Define success metrics and continuously refine strategies for maximizing impact of marketing campaigns.
