Overview
We are seeking a strategic, visionary leader to drive Product Marketing for Windows Commercial. In this role, you will shape how Windows delivers value to small businesses, enterprises, and the public sector organizations worldwide.
You will partner closely with engineering teams to influence product roadmaps, define positioning, value prop and messaging, and craft go-to-market strategies that resonate with Information Technology decision makers, business leaders, and end users. You will work to enable and scale through partners. Your work will ensure Windows meets the customers needs today with a strong focus on security and management while helping drive the adoption of artificial intelligence (A.I.) in the workplace.
As a senior leader, you will operate at scale, influencing cross-company priorities, building trust across partner teams, and driving measurable business impact through marketing excellence.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 9+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 7+ years people management experience.
- 5+ years working with information technology (IT) solutions including end-user computing, security, cloud services, endpoint management, and artificial intelligence (A.I.), driving impactful outcomes with commercial customers and end users.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 8+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 10+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience shaping product roadmaps, lead go-to-market strategies, and drives sales and adoption initiatives that deliver value to commercial customers.
Product Marketing M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $155,800 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year.

Responsibilities
- Lead Product Marketing Strategy - Own product marketing for WindowsCommercial, including positioning, value prop, messaging, and competitivedifferentiation that reflects commercial customer needs.
- Drive Go-to-Market Execution
Design and deliver integrated campaigns, solution plays, and sales enablement assets that accelerate adoption across small business, enterprise, and public sector segments. - Influence Product Roadmap
Champion the voice of commercial customers within Microsoft, work with engineering teams to shape product roadmaps, ensuring Windows evolves to meet the needs of the customers. - Partner Across Microsoft
Collaborate with engineering, sales, field, public relations and partner teams to create unified narratives and deliver impactful launch and drive industry thought leadership. - Coach and Scale Leadership
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing, diverse team; model Microsoft’s leadership principles of Model, Coach, Care. - Measure and Optimize
Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously improve marketing motions for impact, efficiency, and equity.
