As a Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer, you will help customers modernise their endpoint management and security strategies using cloud technologies. Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)
- 1+ year(s) technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- 2+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree (or currentlypursuing) in Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technology-related sales or account management experience
Responsibilities
You will work with your peers and senior team members within the subsidiary to gain technical knowledge in AI Business Solutions area and learn about the direct competitors for the assigned products, solutions, and/or services. You will help demonstate product capabilities. Seeking client insights to understand their needs and provide solutions to support their technical and business imperatives. You will seek feedback (both formal and informal) to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and execute plans to maintain and continue to build on it, and to identify and understand the drivers of dissatisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, and establish recovery action plan to improve clients overall experience will also be part of your responsibilities.

Customer Engagement:
- Partner with account teams to understand customer needs and design endpoint solutions leveraging Microsoft cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, AVD).
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution capabilities.

Solution Design & Deployment:
- Assist in architecting secure, scalable endpoint management solutions for hybrid and cloud environments.
- Support implementation and configuration of endpoint management tools.

Technical Expertise:
- Develop proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows 11, W365, AVD and related security/compliance features.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices for endpoint security and management.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and customer success teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation.
