Qualifications
Required qualifications: 
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience (e.g., statistics predictive analytics, research) OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR equivalent experience. 
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience with a focus on computer vison, image/video generation and editing
 - Demonstrated leadership or significant contributions to the design, data, training of advanced AIGC models (e.g. diffusion/AR models and distillation, VAEs etc.)
 - Proficiency in programming languages with high performance such as: C/C++, C#, Python
 - Excellent design and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, implementable solutions
 - Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across algo, product and engineer teams
 
Additional or preferred qualifications:

Responsibilities
- Spearhead research initiatives in AIGC and VLM, integrating state-of-the-art technologies and frameworks to elevate ad content generation quality and performance.
 - Architect and scale robust, high-throughput systems capable of processing massive datasets efficiently and reliably.
 - Lead the full lifecycle of advanced image processing and generation models, including data collection, training, evaluation, and deployment.
 - Apply deep machine learning expertise to monitor model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and iterate based on real-world feedback and metrics.
 - Conduct rigorous data analysis and online experimentation to uncover optimization opportunities and validate algorithmic impact.
 - Collaborate across disciplines—engineering, product, and research—to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals.
 - Champion ethical AI practices by identifying bias, contributing to privacy policies, and ensuring responsible data usage throughout the development process.
