As a Solution Engineer, you will be developing a deep understanding of customer environments and proactively identifying their next steps. You will be driving technical wins or contributing to key aspects of them, with guidance from experienced peers. You will be engaging with internal and external resources to address technical blockers across your assigned technology areas.
You will be collaborating in partner sell-with scenarios by supporting technical engagements and working alongside colleagues to navigate the sales process. You will be observing and building awareness of partner technical capabilities, while also reviewing customer interactions to surface competitive insights that inform account strategies. Additionally, you will be contributing to product development by gathering and sharing customer feedback to shape future innovations.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field

Responsibilities
- Reviewing customer interactions and sharing competitive insights with account teams to support the development of effective compete strategies.
- Gathering and communicating customer feedback to influence product strategy and tailoring Microsoft messaging based on product knowledge and audience needs.
- Promoting internal team readiness by consuming learning resources, expanding domain expertise, and engaging with customers, partners, and senior colleagues.
- Participating in the Microsoft tech community through events like community calls and hackathons, while serving as a resource in your technology area.
- Observing and understanding partner technical capabilities and collaborating in partner-led engagements to support technical sales motions.
- Building customer relationships by understanding their current context, anticipating needs, and leveraging resources to resolve technical blockers.
- Supporting solution design through product demonstrations, presenting reference architectures, and applying digital transformation methodologies with guidance.
