Overview
As a CSA Security Manager, you will lead a team of Cloud Solution Architects specialising in Microsoft Security solutions. Your mission is to empower customers to secure their digital estates, accelerate adoption of Microsoft security technologies, and deliver business outcomes aligned with our Customer Success strategy. You will coach, develop, and inspire your team while driving technical strategy and execution across Denmark and the Nordic region.

- Leadership and team coaching.

- Stakeholder communication and influence.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft security solutions (Azure, M365)
Required:
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in security or cloud architecture.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Security solutions (Azure Security, Microsoft 365 Defender, Sentinel, Purview).
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver business outcomes.
Preferred:
- Experience with Data Security, Zero Trust, and AI-driven security solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Fluency in Danish and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Security CSAs to deliver customer objectives and Microsoft business targets.
- Drive technical strategy for security solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Remove blockers for CSAs and escalate issues to engineering/product teams.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft security standards and governance.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, growth mindset, and continuous learning.
