Overview

Microsoft’s Commercial Solution Area (CSA) sets the sales strategy, leads technical sales, and operations as a hub for the Commercial Solution Areas and Support Services that power the Microsoft Cloud.

As an AI Business Solutions (ABS) Scale Global Black Belt (SGBB) you will be part of a team of high-level sellers with a passion for building the success blueprint for Microsoft and partners across ABS. As a SGBB, you will develop collaborative relationships with our most strategic partners to ensure that we have Frontier Firm enabling partners globally. In collaboration with a broad v-team of Microsoft stakeholders, you will work with a focused set of partners and incubate new AI Business Solution business models to realize frontier firm transformations. You will be part of the sales process, from validating partner and Microsoft opportunities, pitching transformative solutions, to landing AI transformation wins with customer reference examples. You will align and coach strategic partners as well as identify repeatable partner Co-Sell win patterns. You will establish yourself as an expert resource to internal peers and teammates to help document win and loss patterns, provide feedback to Marketing and Product groups, and new best practices in community forums. This role is flexible in that you can work [up to 100%] from home.

Required:

  • Strong and proven technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Strong and proven technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Strong and provensolution or services sales experience
    • Experience with selling CRM/ERP or similar software-as-a-service, cloud-based business applications to large enterprise accounts exceeding sales targets.
    • Deep Understanding of Business solutions, specifically regarding AI and how it can transform legacy business processes: e.g. Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Relationship Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Broad understanding of commercial cloud offerings, ideally including Microsoft’s cloud platform, as well as competitors’ and related ecosystems. Security, regulatory and compliance needs of global customers
  • Past experience working with GSIs or large Ad
  • Design Thinking and Solution Envisioning and strong presentation, collaboration and communication
  • Ability to successfully navigate and work in ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Activate and scale partner-led Copilot solutions that reimagine customer business processes for Frontier Firms. Drive adoption by aligning partner innovation with customer transformation priorities and quantifying joint value creation to capture market share with partners.
  • Fuel growth across AI Business Solutions by ensuring our partners become Frontier Firm enabling. Expand into new business functions through differentiated partner offerings that take competitive share and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Be an AI Business Solutions domain expert, which encompasses technologies across AI Workforce and AI Business Solutions, with the ability to translate Microsoft priorities to partners. Foster a culture of scaling with partners within the solution area by holding Microsoft and Partner stakeholders accountable to shared outcomes, leveraging performance insights, and operationalizing Co-Sell excellence.
  • Build a high-impact partner ecosystem by coaching, co-creating, and scaling new business models. Influence through thought leadership, to develop repeatable partner playbooks, and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge transfer.
  • Serve as a Microsoft and AI Business Solutions thought leader across EMEA, evangelizing Microsoft’s differentiated AI value proposition to our partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Be a senior sales leader in EMEA, capable of engaging with C-level executives across customers, partners, and Microsoft. Lead complex sales and partner engagements. Create or contribute to new GTM and business models as needed to positively impact the AI Business Solutions organization.
