As a Senior Partner Development Manager, you will lead transformative engagements with our top Strategic Solution Partners—driving joint innovation, accelerating Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) adoption, and unlocking scale across industries.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Strategic Growth
    Orchestrate complex, multi-threaded deals from origination to close, aligning partner ambitions with Microsoft’s priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead Co-Sell & CSP Execution
    Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate Microsoft Cloud & AI adoption through the CSP program, enabling partners to deliver subscription-based solutions and services that maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Influence at the C-Suite
    Establish trusted relationships with senior executives at our most strategic SSPs, shaping their transformation agenda and aligning investments to mutual success.
  • Operate as a Trusted Advisor
    Collaborate across sales, finance, legal, engineering, and executive teams to solve complex challenges and drive clarity, speed, and impact throughout the deal lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in partner development, sales, and consultative selling within the technology industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing strategic agreements.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams.
  • Business acumen combined with deep understanding of CSP models, cloud economics, and AI solutions.

Qualifications

Required/minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field 10+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience with Consultative Selling and developing tactics to manage pipeline, sales opportunities and meet sales goals by reviewing forecasts, assessing, and mitigating risks, and ensuring strategy alignment with business priorities.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, building, managing, and growing technology partner ecosystem sales programs and organizations.

  • Partner Sales Acceleration: Shape governance for pipeline reviews, coach partners on CSP sales transformation, and execute co-sell motions.
  • Performance & Impact: Drive adoption of Microsoft programs and CSP investments to maximize partner performance.
  • Executive Engagement: Align SSP leadership priorities with Microsoft’s strategic objectives.
  • Advocacy & Escalation Leadership: Represent partner needs internally and resolve complex issues with urgency.
