Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in product marketing, channel marketing, or strategy and operations.
  • Channel marketing experience or SaaS marketing experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated quantitative and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret data, conduct financial and market analysis, and translate insights into business decisions. Technical expertise is a plus.
  • Leadership & Communication:Proven communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
  • Program Management: Demonstrated success in leading complex projects or programs to completion, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Adaptability: Experience working with ambiguity and biased toward experimentation and action.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to lead across functions and craft compelling narratives that drive alignment and impact.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities


As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) for Copilot Growth, you will lead the strategy and execution of Microsoft 365 and AI value for the SME&C (Small, Medium Enterprises and Channel) audience. This includes designing and implementing Copilot go-to-market (GTM) strategies and programs, collaborating closely with product, field, and partner teams, and driving enablement and landing campaigns. The role is strategically positioned to accelerate customer acquisition and upsell opportunities through a deep understanding of our product offerings, the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) channel, and the SME&C audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Copilot go-to-market (GTM) strategies and programs in partnership with Product PMM and the MCAPS team.
    Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on various Copilot offerings and the Copilot value proposition and the CSP (Cloud Solutions Provider) channel.
    Conduct customer and market research to understand customer needs and inform packaging and promotional strategies.
    Support GTM programs and drive field and partner enablement for various Copilot offerings.
    Act as a liaison between the field, partner marketing, and the product team.
