Our team delivers data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions across pricing, packaging, business development, and new product investments for the Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Copilot product portfolio. We support all commercial segments—from Enterprise to SMB—by building and evolving frameworks for Scenario Planning and Long-Range Planning. These models bring clarity to complex challenges and enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.

We partner closely with Business Planning, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, and Corporate Strategy. From framing decisions for Microsoft 365 Copilot to evaluating investments in new AI capabilities, our work plays a critical role in enabling innovation and accelerating impact.

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager, AI Business Solutions Revenue Planning to lead central planning initiatives, drive efficiency, and advance AI adoption projects that enhance productivity and support team-wide innovation. In this role, you will gain a holistic view of AI Business Solutions and the planning process required to launch products successfully in collaboration with product engineering, business planning, product marketing, operations, and MCAPS. You will partner across teams to identify opportunities, manage strategic projects, and unlock new productivity potential. This role requires the ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments, apply expertise in financial modeling, and bring structure to shape business direction.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience applying analytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
  • 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
  • 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
  • 1+ year experience leveraging AI tools
  • 3+ years experience applying a consultative approach to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable frameworks.
  • 3+ years experience influencing without direct authority, fostering alignment and driving outcomes in a matrixed environment.
  • 3+ years experience synthesizing complex data and scenarios into actionable insights and compelling business cases.
  • 3+ years experience balancing attention to detail with the ability to shape and drive big-picture strategy.
  • 3+ years experience demonstrating adaptability in ambiguous environments, prioritizing across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • 3+ years experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leadership, tailoring messaging to context.
  • 3+ years experience delivering measurable impact and influence in prior roles.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

  • Develop and maintain central analytics and best-practice playbooks to standardize and elevate planning processes.
  • Identify and lead key efficiency initiatives by creating clarity, streamlining processes, and establishing engagement models.
  • Accelerate AI and Agent adoption, transforming planning into a smarter and faster process.
  • Own and deliver ad hoc revenue planning projects, providing strategic analysis and actionable recommendations.
