Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with multi-modal and generative AI models.
- Proficiency in high-performance programming languages such as C/C++, C#, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and accountability for delivering results.
- Clear and proactive communication in cross-functional team settings.
Required qualifications:

- 1+ year(s) experience creating publications (e.g., patents, peer-reviewed academic papers).
Responsibilities
- Bridges research and product development by applying cutting-edge techniques to solve real-world product challenges with limited guidance.
- Collaborates across teams and contributes to technology transfer, patents, internal tools, and publications to drive business impact.
- Maintains professional networks, supports recruitment efforts, and may assist in mentoring interns or junior team members.
- Documents research processes, experiments, and findings to promote innovation and ensure reproducibility.
- Applies advanced research strategies and gains deep expertise in areas like machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and statistical modeling to improve product quality.
- Leverages data-driven approaches to optimize large-scale systems and ensure high performance; conducts AIGC research to enhance ad quality; analyzes offline and online performance to deliver scalable solutions that improve user and advertiser experiences.
