In Brazil, our mission on the Consumer Channel Sales team is to earn fans and drive growth by building emotional connections that delight and empower every Brazilian consumer. We engage with customers across their shopping journeys—whether in bustling physical retail stores or through digital channels—partnering with key retailers and OEMs to drive growth in Windows, Surface, and M365, while inspiring adoption of Copilot as the AI companion of choice.
As the Brazil Windows Category Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting and growing Windows share. You will run the Windows category in Brazil, including programs and investments, and act as the face of the Windows Consumer Category with OEMs, silicon partners, and retailers. You will work closely with local and global partners to ensure the right Windows devices are available at the right time, in the right channels, and with the right value proposition to win consumer preference. You will also collaborate with the Devices team and partner with them to drive the best portfolio to win in the market.
This role is accountable for delivering and surpassing our compensable target for Windows in Brazil, with a relentless focus on maximizing Windows share across all relevant segments and channels. You will be expected to bring a proven ability to drive share growth and compete effectively against key competitors, while also demonstrating a deep understanding of the PC ecosystem and maximizing the ROI of programs and investments.

Qualifications
Required/Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years category management, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, product planning, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian retail and consumer tech landscape.
- Great experience in the PC category, including portfolio planning, investment strategy, retail execution, and OEM engagement.
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- 12+ years category management, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, product planning, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Engineering, or related field OR 8+ years category management, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, product planning, or related work experience AND MBA/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with OEMs, silicon partners, and retail partners in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Run the Windows consumer category in Brazil, including ownership of strategy, execution, programs, and investments.
- Lead the end-to-end Windows consumer portfolio planning process, aligning with the Devices team, OEMs, silicon partners, and retail partners to ensure timely and competitive assortments.
- Drive Windows consumer share protection and growth, with a sharp focus on competing effectively against key competitors in relevant segments and price bands.
- Develop and execute a localized planning framework that reflects Brazil’s unique retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Define and implement channel strategies, including co-marketing and promotional investments, in partnership with Sales and product marketing.
- Lead partnerships with silicon partners, aligning on joint priorities, co-marketing, and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with the Devices team to influence long-range product and go-to-market planning.
- Maximize the ROI of programs and investments, ensuring alignment with Windows growth objectives and partner success.
- Analyze retail assortment performance and market share trends, identifying gaps and opportunities to maximize Windows attach and preference.
- Create tools, processes, and localized storytelling to enable field teams and partners to execute effectively.
- Ensure retail GTM readiness for seasonal and product launches, including pilot programs and new sales motions.
- Partner with Finance to align on metrics and KPIs, and monitor success metrics and investment performance.
- Contribute to the Rhythm of Business (ROB), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and budget forecasts.
