Overview

We’re building a Frontier Marketing organization that learns faster, activates smarter, and delivers measurable business outcomes. To support this transformation, we’re seeking a Senior Creative Intelligence Manager to manage Creative Intelligence focused on operationalizing our System of Learning (SOL) — the infrastructure that connects creative work to performance, enabling rinse-and-repeat insights that drive ROI.

The Senior Creative Intelligence Manager will partner with cross organizational teams and functions from Global Media to Data Science and Analytics Teams. It is ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, loves organizing complexity, and is passionate about turning data into actionable learning loops that fuel smarter investments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing, MARCOM (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Experience integrating campaign data, audience insights, and performance signals into creative decisions

  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing experience developing creative across channels and projects

  • Experience managing projects across formats, timelines, and cross-functional teams

  • Experience with AI tools and automation in creative workflows

  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and aligning systems across organizations

  • Experience producing at multiple altitudes — from asset-level execution to systems-level thinking

  • Experience with creative pattern identification & strategic recommendations based on insight

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with modular storytelling and scalable content systems
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing
  • Communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize the System of Learning (SOL) Drive integration, maintain and evolve the SOL framework for Creative and Social, ensuring insights are captured, organized, and accessible.
  • Partner with Global Media and our data scientists to track campaign performance and learning outcomes, connecting creative activations to measurable business impact.
  • Work with our analytics team to build and manage dashboards, trackers, and documentation that support rinse-and-repeat learning and ROI visibility.
  • Support Strategic Experimentation Manage test-and-learn portfolios across the Creative and Social Team, ensuring every experiment has a clear hypothesis, measurement framework, and feedback loop.
  • Assist in quarterly and annual planning processes, surfacing learnings that inform future strategic bets.
  • Enable Cross-Team Learning Partner with Creative and Social leads to ensure insights are shared across teams and reused effectively.
  • Support the development of playbooks and best practices libraries that scale high-performing work.
  • Translate Insights into Action Synthesize performance data and emerging trends into consumable insights that inform creative strategy.
  • Support leadership with learning summaries and ROI narratives that guide decision-making.
