Overview
As Developer and Digital Native GTM Manager ASEAN, you will lead the Go-To-Market strategy for GitHub and Azure Developer solutions for all customers & drive our market growth in Digital Natives and Startups. Your role will focus on delivering revenue growth, technical awareness, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction by building and executing market making strategies across ASEAN.
You will collaborate with sales teams, marketing teams, and partners to ensure the successful adoption and scaling of Azure solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
As a senior member of the team you will also take on ownership of functions of the team operations providing a clear career path into leadership.
To succeed in this role you must be: action oriented, highly organised and accountable and have a L200+ technical understanding of cloud technologies and developer tooling.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years technical or product marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, technical business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Go-To-Market strategy and execution, product marketing, or customer and market analysis.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure and GitHub, and their application in solving business challenges.
- Experience working with partners and field teams to drive solution adoption.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bias for action & high degree of accountability and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for Developer solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities covering specific ASEAN countries. Specifically lead country “Get to Green” and bridge planning along with execution alignment within your geographical scope.
- Drive customer and partner success by enabling field teams with the tools, resources, and insights needed to deliver Azure solutions effectively.
- Provide hands on support to account teams to engage their customers in selling Developer solutions including GitHub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the Area and Region to prioritize and scale product and solution plays, accelerating revenue and customer wins to gain market share in the market.
- Lead field enablement programs, ensuring that sales teams are equipped to position Azure solutions effectively.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine GTM strategies.
- Act as a bridge between field, engineering, regional and corporate teams, providing feedback and insights and clarify the specific help needed to improve Azure offerings and strategies.
- Represent Azure solutions as a subject matter expert in customer and partner engagements and at marketing events.
- Support the operation of the DN & Developer GTM team supporting the leader to "run the business" providing an excellent career progression opportunity to leadership.
