Overview
As a Senior Recruiter - Engineering, you will be responsible for managing complex requisitions end-to-end, partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You will develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, contribute to inclusive hiring practices, and use data to inform decisions. You will also mentor junior recruiters and support process improvements across the recruiting function.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Several years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrable ability to manage and influence stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and talent attraction methods.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
Preferred Qualification
- Ability to leverage talent market intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements in recruiting.
- Capability to mentor and coach junior recruiters.
- Proficiency in analyzing recruiting data and generating actionable insights.
- Comfort with change management and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Exposure to program management within a recruiting or HR context.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS, CRM platforms).
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and high-impact roles across multiple business units.
- Build and execute strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates.
- Use data and market insights to inform recruiting strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting processes and tools.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters in their development.
