We’re seeking a Director of Product Marketing - Adoption to lead efforts driving Adoption and Usage for all our users and buyers. This role requires technical product experience, with a deep understanding of the AI buyer and journey – and experience with content, web strategy, video and other delivery mechanisms to drive measurable impact. This individual will work across many organizations in marketing to deliver the right message, at the right time to the right buyer.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in product marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS (software as a service) products.
  • Experience in driving product and user adoption.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years product marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in product marketing
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working collaboratively across a large organization.

Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.

Responsibilities

  • AI Product Strategy & Vision: Develop a clear vision of how our AI products and strategy should align with our customer journey. What features begin the AI adoption journey, and when and where should they be exposed. Using data – develop an end-to-end strategy on product and experiences exposed to our customers to drive the best experience and highest level of adoption and usage.
  • Persona & Customer Journey: Lead our efforts x-organization to develop a concise set up AI personas, deep insights about them, their interests, expectations and usage patterns. Develop a strategy on each personas journey and how to best engage and via what channels. Spend time meeting with these individuals and educating our internal team on them and their jobs to be done.
  • Adoption & Platform Performance: Develop a consistent reporting framework on AI adoption – across in product, email, web etc. - and measure platforms and content for their engagement and impact.
  • Orchestration & Campaign Management: Represent our customers’ needs by orchestrating all to-customer content and programs. Own the overarching calendar for all information that reaches our customers with the aim of driving adoption, ensure a logical flow of information and updates on the most impactful and pertinent updates targeted at each customer and their needs.
  • Content Creation & Creative: Lead the development of video, interactive and other content to drive adoption in our customers. Oversee and provide direction on content created by other teams always keeping the customers’ best interest in mind.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic Execution: Drive alignment and collaboration across Engines & Experiences, Software Engineering (SWE), Business Planning, and Product Marketing teams to align all adoption strategies to a single vision and shared plan. Consistently report out on status, performance, outstanding needs and actions across teams and functions.
