We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager– Reporting & Data Process who brings deep expertise in data visualization and a strong sense of ownership over reporting processes and data integrity.

As a member of the Retail Data & Reporting team, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that empower stakeholders across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting workflows, and drive accountability in data processes across a global, matrixed, business.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 8+ years’ experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience Designing and implementing reporting process improvements and overseeing reporting data governance.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, or related field, or related field. OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 10+ years’ experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Established experience managing reporting workflows and ensuring data accuracy and accountability.
  • Experience Designing, developing, and deploying dashboards and reports with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, accountability, and data process transparency,
  • Experience in ensuring stakeholders receive reliable and actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Experience Independently framing, scoping, and setting design direction for reporting features.
  • Proficient in drilling down through data, drawing key insights, and formalizing power metrics and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its integration with Power BI.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for BI.
  • Background in sales operations, finance, or enterprise performance reporting.

Sales Operations IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Influence end-to-end reporting lifecycle—from data ingestion and modeling to visualization and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, process analyst, and business partners to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
  • Establish and enforce data governance and quality standards across reporting processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data quality challenges collaborate with necessary stakeholders to ensure reliability and timeliness.
  • Document data sources, logic, and report usage to support transparency and scalability.
  • Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and self-service capabilities.
