The E+D Growth team is a multi-disciplinary team of 150 people in Dublin, Ireland, spanning Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Scientists, and Designers committed to delivering cross-Microsoft experiences to drive AI adoption and growth with our commercial customers.

Our team’s charter is to ensure hundreds of millions of users at work to discover and love Copilot. We work with many teams across Microsoft, and this role needs someone who is great at working in a large software organization to partner with other app teams to align on priorities and projects.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Previous demonstrated experience in Product Management experience owning and delivering high visibility UX components for both Admin and IW end users.
  • Technical Excellence, demonstrating a passion for technology and curiosity to go deep, learn fast and build upon your past experiences to innovate and delivering amazing solutions.
  • Strong Customer Focus, to deliver customer value, and identify customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to impact/influence engineering and project teams delivering multiple ship cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience working as part of a team to solve technical, quality, and scheduled challenges as part of software development.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand business concepts and to tailor messaging up and down the management chain.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality onboarding features. You will transform business requirements into system requirements and drive all aspects of software delivery across design, content, development, data science teams.
  • Customer Focus: You will be expected to passionately represent our customers. You should expect customer feedback to guide your work.
  • Drive customer research and define results based UX experiences that delight our customers.
  • Define the right KPIs to measure the impact of features and apply a data-driven approach to feature definition and prioritization.
  • Understand the relevant technologies for the program product and know how to partner with the Engineering team to implement and ship features.
