We are looking for a Finance Manager, Revenue - Cloud Applications who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about driving clarity and efficiency. This role will be responsible for central management of our FP&A processes, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll serve as a strategic connector—aligning stakeholders, streamlining execution, and driving accountability across the rhythm of the business. In addition to core responsibilities, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, implementing AI to transform processes, and scaling practices through collaboration with other finance teams. This is an fantastic opportunity for a finance leader who combines operational experience with business intuition and a collaborative mindset.
This role follows a hybrid work model with on-site presence at our Redmond campus at least three days a week.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience building Excel models and leveraging financial systems for accurate analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid analytics and critical thinking accompanied with solid Excel modeling skills.
- Able to synthesize large amounts of data and complex scenarios, and formulate and build business cases that drive insight and optimal economic decisions.
- Meticulous, thorough, and detail-oriented, yet able to see “the forest for the trees.”
- Clear communication style and able to adapt the altitude and surface area of his or her content to the audience at all levels including leadership.
- Self-motivated; able to handle a high degree of ambiguity and quickly identify what needs to be accomplished across multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders, yet able to push back where needed.
- Business partnership experience with ability to influence others
- High level of self-motivation; ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished and resourcefulness to get things done
- Passion for technology and curious to further learn the how and why behind the numbers.
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Support the Cloud Applications Revenue Finance team rhythms across our FP&A processes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Translate data and analytics into a simplified engaging message with actionable insights. Facilitate a shared understanding of this message with finance leadership, Central Finance Team, and key business partners.
- Manage and continuously improve planning tools, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the organization.
- Lead and support ad-hoc initiatives focused on operational excellence, including automation, increased forecast accuracy, and AI-driven process transformation.
- Build and maintain robust, driver-based financial models for mid-month outlook that evolve with the business while maintaining high accuracy.
