For this role, you will work closely with engineering, UX design, and research teams in India and Redmond to execute on this vision and deliver on it.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with data, metrics, or analytics for a high-scale productivity application.
  • Solid collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across engineering, data, and product teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience with Mobile apps.
  • 2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive target setting, tracking, and reporting for Valuable Copilot Interactions metrics in Copilot Notebooks
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product PMs to define, model, and report on key Copilot interaction metrics and underlying feature usage.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to inform product decisions, identify opportunities, and measure progress against goals.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to product leaders and stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
  • Support experimentation and iteration by helping design and interpret metrics-driven experiments related to Copilot features.
  • Demonstrate and champion a culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability in alignment with Microsoft’s mission and values.
