We are looking for a Finance Manager, Revenue - Cloud Applications, who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about driving clarity, insight and efficiency. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights during month-end close by partnering across finance teams to align and refine KPIs within a consistent framework that ensures clarity on business health and top priorities. This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical skills, business acumen and leads with data-driven storytelling.
This role follows a hybrid work model with on-site presence at our Redmond campus at least three days a week.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of FP&A experience within a medium or large multinational company or matrix-based organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 3+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 5+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience
- OR equivalent experience
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Lead month-end analysis focused on key business health drivers and forecast assumptions, identifying risks, opportunities, and trend variances.
- Develop and maintain scalable business health frameworks that promote consistency and efficiency of analysis amd insight across partner finance teams.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for data operations, ensuring excellence in revenue hierarchy governance and new SKU creation processes.
- Improve current methods used in analysis, leveraging our advanced AI solutions to develop automated financial reporting tools and automate business processes.
