We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Outbound Marketing Manager to own audience strategy and amplification for Windows Pro. Drive partner comarketing, paid media alignment, and O&O channel execution to maximize reach and engagement. This role ensures the right message hits the right audience through the right channels, at scale. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in business-to-business strategy and marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.

Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop audience marketing strategy defining segmentation, targeting, and personalization for Information Technology Decision Makers/Business Development Manager audiences.
  • Own partner comarketing programs delivering cobranded messaging and campaigns with original equipment manufacturer, indepndent software vendor, and silicon partners; manage enablement kits and field plays.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams shaping targeting tactics, optimize spend, and create continuous agile data feedback loops to provide signal to campaign teams to optimize mid-flight.
  • Lead owned and operated channel strategy working across Windows.com, email, search engine optimization and social teams to create overarching evergreen strategy for owned and operated outbound.
  • Create and scale use-case/vertical content, demos, and customer stories, for demand generation.
  • Identify and pilot innovative marketing tactics, leveraging emerging technologies and platforms to reach new audiences and drive engagement, e.g., business to business influencers.
  • Manage agency and vendor Product Managers for campaign production, localization, and reporting.
  • Publish outbound calendar and performance dashboards; drive optimization based on key performance indicators. Champion cross-functional collaboration; drive alignment across web, social, go-to-market, and other Windows marcomms teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
