As a Data Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will work with our largest customers to design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Purview data security solutions—from Information Protection and DLP to Insider Risk. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • A few years of either technical presales, consulting, architect or delivery experience
  • Proven track record of leading customer technical decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with Core Compliance Capabilities in Microsoft 365 E5.
  • Excellent communication, whiteboarding, and stakeholder management skills across security, compliance, and data teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as SC400/SC401/SC600/SC100, AZ500, SC200, or industry equivalents (CISSP/CCSP).
  • Experience driving E5 Compliance value (Purview IP/DLP/IRM) and integrating with Defender/Sentinel for measurable risk reduction.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and land Purview solutions end-to-end across M365 workloads and key data estates, build secure data flows that respect the shared responsibility model.
  • Run Architecture Design Sessions, workshops, demos, and POCs to prove value, remove blockers, and win the technical decision; transition to deployment with delivery teams and partners.
  • Accelerate E5 Compliance usage through discussions on Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk Management, Copilot in Microsoft Purview and eDiscovery to improve customer posture over time.
  • Advise CISOs and data owners on data governance & compliance.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams with account managers, partners, other CSA’s or consultants to ensure smooth handoffs from presales to adoption.
  • Continuously develop skills maintaining technical intensity through continuous skilling and engage in technical communities, share best practices and contribute to knowledge reuse.
