As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include providing strategic recommendations that guide portfolio roadmaps, crafting positioning and messaging, and developing go-to-market plans aimed at increasing both awareness and usage. This role is especially critical as AI continues to transform mission readiness, cybersecurity, and decision-making throughout the industry.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams through driving alignment and achieving results.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business OR related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business OR related field AND 8+ years experience in business.
  • Experience in strategy or management consulting, with specific experience in go-to-market strategies for Government, Defense and Intelligence industry technology solutions.
  • Understanding of Microsoft’s cloud and AI solutions business strategy.
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business OR related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business OR related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategic recommendations for the product portfolio, encompassing analysis of market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and tailored overviews for Government, Defense, and Intelligence sectors.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to proactively adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage, especially critical in dynamic sectors like Government, Defense, and Intelligence.
  • Create impactful thought leadership narratives that engage decision makers; craft messaging and positioning, and produce global marketing materials including pitch decks, demos, blogs, case studies, and white papers adapted to distinct audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by executing go-to-market strategies, assessing functional impacts, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure aligned implementation.
