Overview

The Product Marketing Manager – Copilot Experiences is part of the Copilot Experiences team within Microsoft AI, focused on shaping the narrative and driving adoption of AI-powered solutions like M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, Viva, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. The Product Marketing Manager – Copilot Experiences, will lead the strategy and execution of a demo center of excellence (COE) to support field sellers and partners.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
    Additional or preferred qualifications
  • 1+ years experience of Microsoft’s ecosystem including M365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

    Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

    Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute demo strategies for Modern Work and Business Applications, identifying priority scenarios across product areas.
    • Demo Platform Management: Define and prioritize platform requirements to streamline demo setup and enhance customer experience.
    • Field Enablement: Intake and prioritize demo needs, determine asset types, and create narratives and instructions tailored to functional and industry use cases.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, engineering, and IT to deliver compelling demo assets and environments.
    • Customer-Centric Design: Represent field seller needs to shape platform roadmap and improve demo effectiveness.
    • Project & Change Management: Lead communication and change management plans to support field enablement and demo excellence.
