As a Student Worker in the Czech Republic, you will join either the Identity and Network Access or Core AI team, contributing to impactful projects that shape the future of secure infrastructure and intelligent systems. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers, gaining exposure to real-world development cycles, tools, and technologies.

This program is designed to support your academic journey while offering meaningful work experience. You will be empowered to learn, grow, and make a difference—whether you're building scalable systems, exploring artificial intelligence models, or improving access and identity frameworks.

Qualifications

✅ Required

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • You must be legally authorised to work in Czech Republic to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).
  • Availability to work part-time (up to 24 hours/week) for the full duration of the program .
  • One year of programming experience in an object-oriented language (e.g., C#, Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

⭐ Preferred

These qualifications will strengthen your application:

  • Prior internship or project experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, security, compliance, incident response or data analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Passion for innovation and eagerness to contribute to real-world product development.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts or experience using Azure Active Directory, Dev Box, or virtualization tools.

  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a feature.
  • Quickly learns new engineering methods and incorporates them into work processes.
  • Seek feedback and apply internal or industry best practices to improve technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate skill in time management and completing software projects in a cooperative team environment.
  • Review current developments and proactively seek new knowledge that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
