We are seeking an EMEA + LATAM Demand Program Manager to support Microsoft Advertising. This role bridges supply (audience) and demand (advertisers), equipping our sales team with product and audience insights for effective marketing solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will align business and client goals, using analytical and collaborative skills to influence business plans and turn them into actionable and enabled sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience with human centered facilitation; design thinking or other methods of building trust with diverse groups to co-create solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with diverse stakeholders to convert identified opportunity areas into sales segment priorities, facilitating demand generation and planning across the EMEA and LATAM regions.
  • Demands activation through collaboration with field sales teams (including through-partner), including product and feature adoption, target setting, leading enablement virtual teams and communicating results/ retrospectives within the framework of the planning process.
  • Problem solves and provides insights: how customer strategies affect product fit and implementation challenges. Drives segment level correction of error efforts. Utilizes insights from customer cases and support tickets to proactively develop and communicate solutions to the product and engineering teams.
  • Handles complex product requests from customers, collaborates with business planning and product teams to gather requirements, and develops requirements documents to guide product improvements.
  • Identifies and addresses sales team challenges with relevant stakeholders.
  • Expands on the established framework and encourages others to advocate for program updates by presenting at various events, participating in team meetings, and effectively communicating the value proposition to key internal stakeholders.
