The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty.

As the Revenue & Profitability Growth Manager within the AI Strategy & Business Innovation organization, you will support the General Manager along with the leadership team in creating, framing and executing on the high impact business strategies and coordinating strategic programs focused on transforming the experience for our customers across Microsoft. This is a high impact role that will drive strategy development, design and business execution of strategic programs.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3–8 years in Strategy, Finance, or Business Operations ideally within a professional services or technology organization.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret complex financial and operational models.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills to abstract and synthesize data, industry trends, and business signals into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver compelling narratives to diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Business Model Strategy & Synergy Analysis

  • Analyze current delivery motions and monetization structures.
  • Identify overlaps, inefficiencies, and integration opportunities.
  • Develop frameworks to unify service portfolios and clarify value propositions.

Benchmarking & Innovation Enablement

  • Benchmark internal business units and external industry peers using relevant KPIs, external research, and databases.
  • Drive innovation by identifying best practices and performance gaps that inform strategic recommendations.

Executive Engagement & Strategic Influence

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders across Services, CSU, and Engineering.
  • Act as a thought partner in shaping go-to-market and delivery strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of transformation initiatives.
