This Senior Business Program Manager - Partner Incentives Design is within the Partner Investments team in GCPS, which is responsible for leading the design, implementation and governance over a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of investments.
This individual will be working on our Cloud & AI Platforms (Azure), responsible for leading the strategy and design for a subset of the portfolio of programs and investments constructed with partners.
This individual will engage across segment, marketing, field, and commercial solution area teams to ensure that we operate in support of business goals, which support a multi-year transformational strategy across the portfolio and partner types. This role will need to collaborate across teams to impact the short- and long-term strategy of partners through multiple-billion dollars of incentive investment.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, Finance, Channel or Partner experience.
- 3+ years experience defining and leading business strategies from conception to reality.
- 3+ years experience working with pricing, incentive strategy project experience or subject matter expertise.
- 3+ years experience collaborating with stakeholders with competing priorities to create aligned strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, and design for a set of partner-facing incentives and investments
- Lead cross-organization steering committees for each incentive or investment to create a One Microsoft approach, driving the right outcomes for our partners and customers
- Draft and maintain business requirements documents for strategic initiatives
- Define, track, and adjust the effectiveness of programs (e.g., return on investement (ROI), terms, payouts), providing agility and creativity in a compliant way
- Manage approved designs and pilot campaigns, building digestible business reports and translating into partner enablement needs
- Act as subject matter expert on incentives and programs, leading short- and long-term structure for evaluating, prioritizing, and shaping partner-facing investments
- Conduct competitive analysis, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to continuously gain insights and feed learning into our offerings
