Overview
As our Copilot agentic engagements continue to expand across Asia, we are witnessing strong momentum and customer interest. This growth reflects the increasing relevance and adoption of the Copilot platform. To effectively lead the evolution of the AIBS Practice in FY26, the role of Architect Manager will be pivotal in several key areas:
**Strategic Leadership**: The Architect Manager will be responsible for driving architectural consistency and ensuring product alignment across all Copilot Studio engagements.
**Technical Oversight**: This role will ensure scalable, reliable, and mature implementations of AI workflows, thereby reduce delivery risk and enhance overall project success.
**Customer Advocacy**: Acting as a bridge between engineering and field teams, the Architect Manager will translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
**Capability Building**: The Architect Manager will mentor and grow a regional team of architects to support the increasing demand and complexity of AI workflow solutions across Asia.
Qualifications
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
• 6+ years technical sales experience, 6+ years project management experience, 2+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios, 1+ year(s) experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
• hold teams accountable for mapping architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer/partner business goals and supports them in working with customer/partner stakeholders (e.g., Enterprise Architects, Security Team, Development Team, Operations Team) and business sponsor to socialize both the business solution and the project approach.
• drive internal advocacy by facilitating insight sharing with Product Engineering teams, and providing guidance through escalation, acceleration, and prioritization.
• guide the team in cost-based and technology-based discussions to explain the architecture in terms of its build, deployment, and ongoing operational use to determine customer appetite for the business solution and promote a business-value approach that values return on investment (ROI) and customer costs-savings over technical ease of execution.
• ensure the team builds and documents a realistically costed, advanced/complex solution approach and that issues and blockers are addressed by the appropriate groups.
• connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive changes and/or the re-use of intellectual property and recommends practices in both pre-sales and deliver.
• an advisor to external stakeholders and provide direction to facilitate relationships between others and coach your team to use evidence-based arguments that articulate complex concepts in a simple manner to respectfully challenge Microsoft and customers/partners when a decision or course of action will not produce optimal results.
• foster community sharing of stories and leveraging of pre-existing resources by encouraging and empowering team to share learnings and by establishing a cadence to calibrate on challenges and trends that impact the team across the subsidiary level as well as participate in external architect community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and share learnings with internal team.
