Overview
The PDM scope involves leading the creation of a long-term strategic vision that aligns with the impact and potential of partners across various segments. This role requires selling the account vision to senior business decision makers at highly sought-after partners and identifying market opportunities based on industry gaps and emerging trends. Building and maintaining trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders of complex partners is crucial to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth. The role also involves leading business-design briefings to advise partner leadership on building a high-impact Microsoft Services practice, coaching and challenging partners to transform their plans and strategies around consumption and key targets, and leading campaigns with various functional areas and the partners' marketing teams. Ensuring that partners invest in building world-class teams that are staffed with talent and enabled to drive sales is essential. Additionally, developing Go-to-Market (GTM) and co-selling strategies with complex partners, ensuring partner readiness through marketing plans, and resolving complex and urgent escalations on behalf of partners are key responsibilities.
