Overview
The CSA Director – ABS Work Force is a strategic leadership role based in the MEA Area HQ, serving as the solution lead for ABS across MEA all-up. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence, delivery impact, and customer success across the region, while directly managing the CSA team in Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and MCC.

- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI business solutions, and customer success motions.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with MEA CSU delivery models and Factory engagement processes is a plus.

Responsibilities
MEA Solution Leadership
- Act as the ABS solution lead for MEA, shaping technical strategy and delivery priorities across all subsidiaries.
- Represent CSA capabilities in Area-wide forums and contribute to CSU planning and governance.
Workforce Management
- Lead and coach ABS CSAs in Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and MCC.
- Ensure CSA coverage for strategic workloads including Copilot & Copilot chat.
Customer Success & Delivery Excellence
- Oversee execution of milestones and ensure CSA engagement in delivery planning.
- Partner with CSAMs to remove technical blockers and accelerate usage through CSA-led engagements.
Operational Excellence
- Align CSA activities with MEA CSU scorecard priorities including copilot, copilot chat
- Monitor pipeline health and execution metrics, ensuring CSA contributions to durable and scalable customer outcomes.
Skilling & Capability Building
- Implement CSA skilling plans and role immersion programs.
- Foster a culture of technical intensity and continuous learning through structured development paths.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with STU, CSAMs to ensure seamless handovers and milestone ownership.
- Advocate for CSA workforce needs in Area HQ planning forums and contribute to regional strategy evolution.
