Overview

The Americas Investments Team is part of the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations organization. We manage all investments available to field sellers and executives, supporting sales and consumption targets across the Americas. Our mission is to accelerate customer business outcomes through strategic investments, and to drive operational excellence in investment management, compliance, and reporting.

We are looking for a Business Manager to join the Americas Investments Team, supporting strategic investment operations and business decisions across a $1B portfolio, with a direct reporting line to the team leader.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years’ experience in program management, business management, strategy management or process improvement;
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of global enterprise experience in any combination of the following: strategy and operations management, field sales excellence, rhythm of the business, Monthly Business Reviews, executive communications, scorecard management, or related.

Preferred or Additional Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and managing large-scale investment portfolios.
    • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills.
    • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.

Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

Business Management & Executive Support

  • Serve as dedicated Business Manager to the Investments Team and Team Leader, providing strategic and operational support for all executive interactions, including meeting preparation, action tracking, and follow-up with Americas Senior Executives.
  • Design and execute the rhythm of business for all ECIF-related meetings, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the annual planning process for ECIF investments, collaborating with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to optimize investment impact and transparency.

Program Design, Evaluation & Improvement

  • Develop and refine investment management processes, tools, and dashboards to enable efficient tracking, reporting, and decision-making across a complex portfolio.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses, scenario modeling, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI on investments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve compliance, and accelerate business outcomes for field sellers and customers.

Financial Oversight & Reporting

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and spend management for Americas ECIF investments, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with global investment strategies.
  • Support quarterly and annual business reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of investment programs.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
