This role requires driving product strategy and execution across core networking systems while ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency. You will partner with engineering, finance, supply chain, and business stakeholders to optimize infrastructure, reduce costs, and improve network performance for our customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in cloud, networking, or large-scale infrastructure domains.
• Proven ability to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact.
  
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to connect cost, performance, and scale trade-offs.
  
• Demonstrated experience collaborating across engineering, finance, and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., routing, switching, peering, transport, data center networks).
• Experience with infrastructure optimization, cost modeling, or vendor/supply chain management.
  
• Solid technical curiosity and ability to quickly ramp up in complex domains.
  
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence at multiple levels of the organization.

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for network infrastructure optimization and COGS reduction initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to design and deliver solutions that improve network efficiency, resiliency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze cost drivers across hardware, software, and operational processes; identify opportunities for savings without compromising performance.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and operations to measure, track, and forecast cost impacts of networking projects.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft’s long-term cloud growth strategy, sustainability goals, and infrastructure investments.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and communicate trade-offs, risks, and business impact clearly to executives and stakeholders.
• Leverage insights from telemetry, customer feedback, and industry trends to influence product decisions.
