About Microsoft

At Microsoft, our mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We live our values of respect, integrity, and accountability, fostering a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive and do their best work.

About the role

We are at a defining moment in the evolution of education. The way we teach, learn, and prepare students for the future is being reshaped by AI and digital technologies. Educators and institutions are reimagining classrooms to be more inclusive, adaptive, and future-ready — and the K12 Account Technology Strategist role places you at the center of that transformation. You’ll help shape how the next generation learns and thrives in a world that looks radically different from today.

Microsoft’s Education Account Team partners with customers on their AI journey — envisioning what’s possible, delivering solutions that drive measurable impact, and unlocking growth for both our customers and Microsoft.

We’re looking for a pathfinder: someone bold, entrepreneurial, and resourceful, with the curiosity to innovate and the agility to pivot quickly. You put outcomes first, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring resilience, growth mindset, and customer obsession to every challenge.

As an Enterprise Account Technology Strategist, you will:

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and a wide v-team to drive AI-led transformation in K12 education.
  • Build trusted relationships with technology leaders, leveraging Microsoft’s product portfolio and partner ecosystem to deliver industry-relevant solutions.
  • Translate business objectives into innovative technical solutions that accelerate customers’ AI vision while meeting Microsoft’s strategic goals.

This role offers flexibility, with the option to work up to 50% remotely.

  • 5+ years leading technical teams, support organizations, and/or partner networks.
