Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Commerce systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware sales within channel environments, including direct engagement with distributor and reseller partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management partnering directly with developers and designers to build and successfully launch end-user facing products.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and interact across all levels within customer organizations from end user to C-level.
  • Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the end to end onboarding and membership experiences for partners, ensuring clarity, speed, and compliance.
  • Gather and prioritize partner and internal stakeholder feedback to inform roadmap decisions and improve usability & program engagement.
  • Lead phased rollouts and previews, establish success metrics, and iterate based on real world adoption data.
  • Align data flows and eligibility logic across systems to provide accurate, timely program visibility.
  • Drive cross functional execution with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to land scalable solutions.
  • Ensure quality, accessibility, and privacy compliance in all deliverables.
  • Publish clear, actionable guidance for external audiences to support adoption and minimize support overhead.
